AUTUMN IS HERE
… CHANGE IS IN THE
AIR!
Change is happening all,
especially at O’Toole’s Herb Farm. This
farm has been “a dream come true” for me.
My late husband and life partner, Jim
O’Toole and I created this farm together and
it is something I’m truly proud of. Now
being the sole proprietor, I realize change
needs to happen in order to keep the farm
going for the enjoyment of you all and for
me. Big changes for me but change can be a
good thing!
The work involved to keep the
greenhouses, grounds and garden productive
and in good shape for your visits and
special events is all-consuming and at times
overwhelming. The obvious solution to
reduce some of the workload and stress is
eliminating the standard hours of retail
business. As you will see in this
newsletter our FALL calendar is jam-packed
with events that will be OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC. In addition to our Autumn Herbal
Events we will be OPEN BY APPOINTMENT

In searching for a Balance
with love of the farm, work and allowing
time to rejuvenate, I feel this new
arrangement will help me take care of the
Herb Farm business and some much needed rest
and quiet. This change may enable me to
keep the farm alive and going for at least
another few years so we can all share in its
wonders.
