are delighted to welcome two new instructors, both
are old friends of the Herb Farm, Judy Bridges of
Valdosta, GA (2nd Friday) and Roberta Lacefield of
White Springs, FL (4th Friday). Both dedicated to
the world of Healing Arts and certified Yoga
Instructors. They join our fantastic core duo of
Dottie Price and Carol Herndon. We are so pleased to
have such a marvelous team.

LYNN WILLOUGHBY
We are delighted to have our friend Lynn, author,
artist, intuitive and life coach join us again for
this revealing workshop. Gather insight for the new
year and explore our inner guidance system. Lynn
will be visiting the farm for several days prior and
will be available for private intuitive
consultations ($75) and will take commissions for
her ‘Pet Portraits.'

the flow of Qi through your body, relieves
discomfort and restores you to greater ease and well
being.”
Come and
learn ancient Chinese secrets to health and
longevity. Gentle and simple movement exercises will
be enhanced with color, sound and the energies of
the herb garden. This will be the first of a series
of spontaneous and fun qigong classes.
Windee is
a certified medical QIGONG therapist, garden
designer and lover of nature. She will be taking a
few appointments for private healing sessions.
